In LaPorte, LaPorte, IN on 9 Jan 1909, Amanda Wiltfong filed chargesagainst her brother, Monroe Charles Wiltfong for "unlawfully feloniouslyand forceably in a rude, insolent and angry manner, touch, push, andstrike one, Amanda Wiltfong, who was then and there the sister of saidMonroe Wiltfong, with the intent then and there and thereby her the saidAmanda Wiltfong feloniously and incestuously to have sexual intercousewith the said Amanda Wiltfong, the said Monroe Wiltfong then and therebeing over the age of sixteen years, and having knowlege of hisrelationship to said Amanda Wiltfong, and knowing that she, the AmandaWiltfong, was his, the said Monroe Wiltfong's sister."
